At 10-years-old Anne shared with her dad, when he asked her what she wanted to do, that she wanted to be a ballerina. Her life, and love for life, has been a beautiful dance.

Anne Borow-Lawrence's journey from artist to Fountain of Youth Expert is a testament to the power of creativity and lifelong learning. Her early passion for art and dance evolved into pioneering work in Art and Dance Therapy, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of creative expression on mental and physical well-being….the foundational years of mind-body medicine.

As Anne's career progressed through human resources and leadership development, she continued to explore the connection between creativity, vitality, and personal growth. This exploration led to the development of innovative methods like the Kaleidoscope Method, designed to help others tap into their own 'internal fountain of youth.'

Anne's commitment to evidence-based practices is reflected in her certifications in Happy for No Reason® and Yale University's The Science of Well-Being. These credentials have further enriched her unique approach to transforming 'life spans' into 'aliveness spans.'

Through her PODCAST series "The Art of Aliveness Chronicles with Annie B" and webinars "The Art of Aliveness, Let Your Spirit Soar," Anne continues to inspire individuals to unlock their creative potential and embrace a vibrant, purposeful life at any age.

In this session we will discuss:

·      What inspired you to write about the "Fountain of Youth" concept in your chapter for "The Essence of a Woman" anthology?

·      How does your chapter challenge traditional notions of aging, especially for women?

·      Can you share a personal health journey that influenced your perspective on creative aging?

·      What are some practical ways women can tap into their "Creative Spirit Fountain of Youth" in their daily lives?

·      How does mindset play a role in redefining the aging process, particularly for women?

·      What advice would you give to women struggling with society's ageist attitudes?

·      How has your involvement in "The Essence of a Woman" anthology project impacted your own journey of self-discovery?

·      What do you hope readers will gain from your chapter and the anthology as a whole?
