What if there was someone who quite by accident fell into finding solutions that you could apply to yourself that could relieve you from chronic pain? What if it was as simple as knowing what muscle was tight or spasming? What if you applied pressure that could release the tension that caused serious pain in different parts of your body?
Julie’s background as a deep tissue massage therapist piqued her curiosity into what is actually causing the pain and what can be done to relieve it. Julie developed the Julstro Method and has taught Focused Flexible Training to help people in the areas of sciatica, hip pain, bone on bone pain, carpel tunnel, and other types of pain, producing sometimes temporary and sometimes permanent solutions.
