In this “in between” season, we wanted to share with you nuggets for healthy living, in addition to our structure on bringing you focused topics of our various seasons.

*Learn how a young boy (Buddy Lee) was inspired by watching someone he respected, his neighbor, and eventually learned from this martial arts expert how to listen, focus, be light on his feet, and relax in the sport of jumping.

*Recognize the life lessons taught to individuals, and Olympic athletes, through the sport of jumping.

*Discover how his mission to motivate, educate, and encourage the whole world to jump rope as a way of life was birthed.

*Develop a sense of belief and commitment through practice, patience with yourself, and perseverance.

*Get a deeper dive into strategies and steps that can take anyone, from the couch potato to the seasoned athlete, through his 3-step system to take you from where you are to where you want to be through the power of the “the greatest exercise on the planet”—jump rope.

Walk away with asking yourself, and everyone around you, “When did you start jumping?” or “When are you going to start jumping?”
