An Olympic athlete, and many professional athletes, have not one, but several coaches. The Ambassadors for Health from Be Healthy in a Hurry worked with our first client, Vivia Armstrong, as a 3-coach system, focusing and coaching on fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

Learn from Vivia about her struggle with weight loss, her experience with COVID, and how meeting and working with each of the Ambassadors of Health played into her ability to drop her weight from 345 to 308 in three or four months, as well as her inspiration to do a triathlon.

She shares how she learned a whole new way of eating; how to see the amazingness of her body and how it connects with her mind and soul; and the clarity of how different parts of her body work and what they do for her. All of these things have contributed to her success. As she shares, “At times it was frustrating because I thought ‘Why wasn’t I taught this?’”
